Anxiety and Fear

Anxiety and Fear can become debilitating forces in one's life. Believe me, I know. I have gone through periods of acute/severe anxiety. However, there is hope and one thing is for sure, the demons of anxiety and fear can be overcome with some smart strategies.
The main thing, is to not panic. We need to learn to hold our anxiety within compassionate and kind awareness. This creates a safe space for our heart and slowly our heart rate will decrease and we will no longer have heart palpitations. Learning to help oneself is the most powerful skill because it is something we will need so often in life!
