The start of the day isn't easy for most people. When we open our eyes there is often an immediate sense of urgency. We feel as if there is something we need to be doing... Right now! We roll over, pick up our phone and immediately check to see if there are any updates or notifications that need our attention.

How do we start our day in a more peaceful and relaxing way? Well here I chat briefly about the calming effects of nature on the mind and how it can make you feel glad to be alive! Starting your day with a walk in nature is a tough one to beat! If you don't get to do it often, give it a try. I highly recommend it.
